Update on Sum ;)

Ok...
In the previous post, I talked about my grandfather being ill and we were not sure about this week. Later that afternoon we found out that he was just dehydrated and would be fine. In other words, We went to my Sis's Bday dinner and had a great time.
I was wrong however about going to an event this week. It is next week and we will just have to see.

Today I lost a co-worker who I have grown to admire and greatly appreciate. She is going to continue her higher learning and could not stay here. I will miss her every much and I am sure the rest of the team that I work with will too. She is just such an amazing person and awesome friend. We visited frequently (everyday) and I greatly enjoyed getting to know her (what little I could :) ).I will never forget her and hope to keep in touch with her as well.

SO here's to you my friend. May you be richly blessed in all you do and be guided by the Lord come what may. YOU GO GIRL!!!!

SUM ;) OF JANUARY AND TODAY!

From ringing in the new year to today.... It has been busy. With littles at home and life around us in fast forward, it always seems to leave you standing in a room that is spinning. You truly begin to know how thankful you are when the one you rely on is ill and away for a few days. The word fatigue takes on a different meaning when it is both physical and emotional. THANK YOU HUBBY!!!

On a different note, if you ever get the opportunity to go CALLING do it.
At first it can be a little creepy in the complete dark with just a light and not knowing is out there, but it can be addicting. (CALLING=At night with just a flashlight or spotlight, and a sound system playing wounded animal sounds)You would be amazed what that little sound box can bring up. It truly is a sport in itself and is a way to preserve and protect the earth and helpless animals.

This week just got complicated... My sis had a birthday last week but we, whole family, were planning on going to dinner together today. HOWEVER, my mom's dad has just been taken to the ER and it does not look good. This might be one REALLY long week. On top of the, I have a long drive a head of me this week for church choir and we had been planning on going to an event this week, and I am not sure if we will be able to go. It all waits on my Grandfather....

I guess only time will tell.... Sitting here praying that Lord will have his will. NOT MATTER WHAT IT IS...
